Simon Insider is a shopper rewards program at participating Simon shopping centers. Members can earn automatic CashBack Rewards and exclusive benefits, including access to reserved parking spaces, just for doing what they love…shopping.
Simon Insider is powered by Spring Marketplace, Inc. (i.e., Spring) and is built into the credit or debit card you already carry, so you do not need to carry a loyalty card, present coupons or remember codes. Once you register your credit or signature-based debit card(s) with Simon Insider, you can begin enjoying automatic CashBack rewards from participating Simon shopping centers simply by shopping with a registered card. Login to your account at www.simoninsider.com to browse and activate available offers at a participating Simon shopping center.
You earn a Reward by reaching the program goal amount – this can be done in one visit or over multiple visits. After you reach the goal amount, Insider Cash will be activated on your account and we’ll notify you via email and text.
Your Insider Cash will appear in your account dashboard after you have earned it. You’ll then be able to apply one or multiple rewards towards program-wide offers or to a specific program location.
As an example, if the program is “Earn a $10 reward for every $250 you spend”, $10 in Insider Cash will be activated on your account after you reach the $250 goal. This $10 in currency can then be applied towards one $10 reward offer, or two $5 reward offers. You redeem the Offer by making a subsequent qualifying purchase at the program location you selected. Spring, which powers this rewards program, will then issue a credit directly to the registered card you used for this transaction. Your cash back from Spring will show up on your card statement as a credit, and is usually issued within 3-4 days
It’s a currency that can be used to activate exclusive Offers redeemable at locations in our rewards program. You earn this currency when you hit the rewards threshold amount for our program.
You’ll see your balance when you are logged into your account. Use your Insider Cash balance towards Offers. For example, if you have $20 to use, get $5 cash back at four different places, or $20 back at one. After you’ve applied your cash to an offer, the offer is linked to your card. You redeem the Offer by making a subsequent qualifying purchase at the program location you selected.
You’ll get a confirmation email when an offer has been linked to your card and account. You are able to view all linked offers under “My Account”, listed in “My Offers”.
Sorry, at this time if you use your Insider Cash on an Offer, you are unable to exchange it for another. You have 60 days to redeem the offer you selected.
Insider Cash does have an expiration date, just like our other Offers. When you have Insider Cash, apply it to the Offer(s) of your choice within the expiration period. Once you apply your Insider Cash you have 60 days to redeem the Offer.
Some Offers have a bonus amount of cash back, in addition to the amount of Insider Cash you need to link the offer to your card and account. For example, if the Offer is labeled “$5, with a $15 Bonus.” Your Insider Cash balance will reduce by $5, but the value of the Offer is actually $20. You’ll get an email confirming your $20 Offer when it is linked.
Members who register over $1,000 in qualifying purchases in a calendar month at a participating Simon Insider shopping center will earn VIP status and access to our Reserved Parking spaces. You will be notified by email that you have achieved VIP status, and you must present this email to a Simon Guest Services representative at the center in which your purchases qualified for VIP status. Upon verification of your eligibility, you will be provided a Reserved Parking hangtag permit You may only park in the Reserved Parking spaces if your valid permit is visible and hanging from your rearview mirror. Your Simon Insider Reserved Parking permit is valid at any participating Simon Insider shopping center where Reserved Parking spaces are available.
You must be at least 16 years old, legally reside in the U.S. and have a valid email address. Employees or agents of Simon Property Group and its affiliates are eligible to enroll in the Simon Insider program but may not eligible for certain program benefits or rewards, including Reserved Parking.

Simon Insider is currently available at the 20 Simon shopping centers.
Every store and restaurant that is in the mall directory is included, with a few possible exclusions. For instance, short-term tenants, businesses that do not accept credit/debit cards or purchases made through insurance. Other select instances may not be eligible.
Spring is a rewards platform that works directly with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other providers to securely aggregate transaction history for their members and provides automatic offers directly back to the member’s card account. Spring works directly with your registered credit card to automatically track qualifying purchases at any store in a participating Simon shopping center and apply offers and CashBack rewards directly to your card. You do not have to present paper coupons or remember special offer codes. Just register and use the Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards you already carry.
Spring currently works with Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards that are issued by banks based in the U.S. and are paid in U.S. dollars. Spring does not currently accept Discover or American Express Corporate cards. Additionally, debit cards must be swiped and signed for as a credit card. PIN debit transactions are not supported by Spring. In the event we cannot work with a particular card at a particular store location, this will be listed under the Offer Details & Restrictions section.
Yes. Login to your account, go to My Account, select the Debit/Credit Cards tab and select “Add Another Card” at the bottom. Your whole family can use the same account, earning rewards progress anytime a connected card is used to shop. While multiple cards can be connected to a single account, each individual using the rewards program platform may only have one registered account.
No. A registered credit card can only be associated with one account on Spring’s network.
Yes. Login to your account, go to My Account, select the Debit/Credit Card tab, click “Edit” to the right of the card and select “Delete Card”.
Similar to how eBay, Amazon and others store your card data, it is safe and encrypted. Spring is PCI compliant and has the strongest possible security rating. All of your credit card information is encrypted with bank-grade security measures. In addition, Spring undergoes rigorous security reviews on a regular basis to ensure systems and your information is safe and secure. By partnering with Trustwave, a third-party security firm, Spring is able to remain at the forefront of data security technology to ensure that your data is protected.

If you do not redeem your CashBack offers before the expiration date, they are automatically deactivated.
Yes. Login to your account at www.simoninsider.com, go to My Account and select the “My Offers & Rewards” tab to review your current offers and rewards. You can also receive notifications by email or text.
No, just use any of your registered credit cards when making a purchase.
You can cancel at any time by accessing your account at www.simoninsider.com and removing all cards that have been linked and associated within your account.

First, select the shopping center that you are a member of. Then select “Reset Password” on the login page, enter your email address that you used to sign up with and you will receive directions on how to retrieve your password.
First, please make sure that you used a card that is connected to your rewards program account. If you recently received a new card, make sure that you have added it on your rewards program account.
After that, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a picture of your receipt or a screenshot of this transaction on your card statement that includes the last four digits of the card number you used. We will then be able to look into this further in order to apply this transaction to your account.
Note: It can take up to seven business days, depending on the bank, for this transaction to settle (no longer pending) on your card statement. We sometimes only receive the settlement transaction, so please let us know if the transaction does not show up on your rewards account once it has settled on your statement.
